2026 PRICING:

$3,250 base price for Thurs / Fri / Sat / Sun / Mon events in Brooklyn.
[Tuesday & Wednesday events: let’s make a deal]

Always included in base pricing:
  • 3 independent sound systems for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
  • up to 6 wireless mics for ceremony and speeches
  • up to 6 hours of performance (ie 5pm ceremony, 11pm end)
  • travel across Brooklyn
  • arrival and set up at least 2 hours before guests, and breakdown and load out within 1 hour of event end
  • a standard Certificate of Insurance
  • any music purchases not already within my library

Optional Enhancements:

On-site afterparties:
  • $250 per hour if in the same room as reception
  • $500 per hour if in a new space requiring a separate sound system and additional DJ gear.

Lighting Options: Video examples here
  • Uplighting - $400 per 8 wireless uplights, up to 32 lights total available
  • Wash Lighting - $400 for 2 wash lights
  • Free standing Disco Ball package - $650 for mirror ball and 2 beam lights

All lighting options are controlled from my DMX lighting controller, allowing me to dial in exact colors, trigger effects, and sync the lighting to the music.

Karaoke Package: either during reception alongside dancing, or as afterparty entertainment.
$1000 Karaoke package includes a larger screen with lyrics for guests, and a smaller monitor on rolling cart with lyrics for person singing. Multiple wireless mics and mic stands provided for group sing-a-longs.

Additional charges:  here are some ways your quote could be higher than my base pricing:

  • you are planning a large event with 200+ guests, which would require my biggest sound systems, including subwoofers
  • your venue requires additional insurance beyond a standard COI (Example: they need to see “waiver of subrogation” & “primary, non-contributory” endorsements).
  • your venue is outside of my typical working radius. I work events in the Hudson Valley, on Long Island, in NJ, PA, MA, CT but need to charge for the travel time beyond Brooklyn, and hotel stay after 3 hour drive.
  • your venue limits access and setup time, requiring me to hire additional help to set up and strike quickly.
  • I need to hand-carry my gear up sets of stairs instead of just using my hand trucks, rolling everything in.
  • your venue has extreme wait times for the freight elevator (for example, I’ve waited over 30 minutes for freight access at Virgin Hotel to get up to their 38th floor)
  • your venue is in midtown Manhattan in a “No Standing” zone, where I need to bring additional help to watch my vehicle as we load in.
  • your guests will be between multiple different rooms at the same time, and I need to spend time connecting the independent sound systems together (for example, Brass & Tusk Bar requires this)

Sample Pricing examples:

Easy to work in venues like Wythe Hotel, 501 Union, Rule of Thirds, Hamilton Loft, Shell’s Loft: $3,250 base price for 2026.

Manhattan venues that are trickier to work in, like Virgin Hotel, Harold Pratt House, Second: $4,000+

Montauk venues (and other locations ~4 hours away in traffic): $5,000

Note: some easy-to-work-in venues outside the city might be cheaper than tough-to-work-in venues in the middle of Manhattan. Inquire here and I can give you an exact quote.
