Once I have received your inquiry, I will look to set up an in-person meeting with you. At this meeting, I will explain my services in detail, but also learn about your style and thoughts for your wedding. I will give you a contract to review, and I will reserve your event date in my calendar. I want to avoid any pressure tactics in booking me, while giving you enough time to shop around and be confident in your decision.

To confirm the booking, the contract is returned to me with a 20% deposit. Once I receive the signed contract, I will send out a worksheet for you to complete. The worksheet is where all music requests are collected, as well as any traditions you would like to include. I hope filling out the sheet is a fun part of your planning process.

The completed worksheet is due three weeks before the event date. We sit down for a final meeting two weeks before the event and set the timeline and talk about your song selections. After we meet, I get in touch with the venue, caterer, planner and any other vendors to make sure we all share the same run of show.

The wedding date arrives - I show up to the venue at least two hours before your guests. Set up only takes me about 45 minutes, but I want to stay ahead of schedule. The ceremony begins and music and microphone are set at the right volume level. The cocktail and dinner music fits your style exactly. Announcements are all done tastefully, and the transition to dancing is seamless. Your guests dance until the last song, and say it was the best house party they've ever attended, it just happened to be your wedding!
